Licensed and in practice for over 40 years, I offer a uniquely person-centered approach, assisting each client to find their voice of wholeness and move past depression, anxiety, grief, relationship struggles, ineffective learned behaviors and carried trauma. I believe we cannot permit our labels to define us. I believe we are all mixed people: gender, color, psychic wounds and continuum of traits. I provide an effective change process for my clients. My approach is shaped by my original family therapy mentor, Virginia Satir, and the recovery and relapse prevention innovators Tim Cermak and Roland Williams.
