My approach is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Intimacy from the Inside Out (IFIO)—models that help us understand and work with the protective, reactive, and vulnerable parts we all carry. Rather than trying to change or eliminate these parts, we approach them with curiosity and care, allowing healing to unfold from within. In couples therapy, IFIO brings this same lens to the relationship. We slow down reactive patterns, deepen understanding, and foster emotional safety, helping each partner connect from a more open, Self-led place.
