Find Fulfillment! My ultimate goal as a therapist is to help the individual client or the familial unit I am seeing do just that! I truly believe that so many of us experience a lack of fulfillment, being with emotional expectations, social relationships, personal goals or professional path to list, that issues inevitably arise. These issues can manifest themselves as anxiety or depression, emotional dysregulation, substance use disorder, or behavioral problems and the list could continue. This can change though! With intentionality and perspective, we can become the hopes we have for ourselves, living wholly fulfilled lives. I have spent my professional life in a variety of settings, meeting the needs of my clients where they were, in ways in which they could reach their goals. What I have learned and made a foundation for any client is true acceptance. Using this as core, I can help clients find what they feel they lack, learn skills necessary to cope, and reach their goals.
