I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and for the past 22 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals and couples as they navigate life’s challenges and transformations. I believe it’s incredibly brave to reach out for help—and that taking that first step is one of the most hopeful things you can do. I specialize in helping people reconnect with their passion and purpose, work through grief and loss, navigate relationship challenges, and rediscover confidence in themselves. I especially enjoy working with creatives and those seeking to live with more joy, authenticity, and fulfillment. My style is warm, open-minded, creative, and directive. I blend evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, Strength-based Therapy, Career Counseling, and Humanistic/Person-Centered modalities. I work with individuals, couples, and families.
