We’ll use our work in therapy to help you feel more grounded, secure and confident in who you are and what you want. I believe in creating a safe, supportive and non-judgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts and emotions freely. My approach is client-centered, strength-based, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
