I am a generalist behavioral health therapist with 28 years of experience in the mental health field, treating individual adults of all ages. I work to provide my clients with a warm, nonjudgmental environment in which they are able to learn, grow, and heal. I take a strength-based perspective and believe in partnering with you to build on your existing strengths and improving your resilience. Whether you're looking for diagnostic answers, you're needing help moving through depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, or a broken relationship, or you want to address and change negative patterns, I would be honored to partner with you. I can assist you in learning new skills to manage or overcome symptoms so you can attain a life of emotional and relational stability. I am also a trauma-informed therapist specializing in EMDR Therapy with a focus on the mind–body connection. I will work with you to help you feel safe in your body and more regulated, present, and connected to yourself.
