I believe that everyone has a natural inclination toward positive growth and development, but that life's challenges can block forward movement. These challenges can take the form of depression, anxiety, trauma, loss, transitions, anger, and difficult relationships. I provide a comfortable, supportive, and accepting environment in which to explore obstacles and strengths in order to make positive change. I have experience working with people adjusting to serious medical conditions, brain injury, physical disabilities, and those adjusting to pregnancy, raising children, and child loss.
