I specialize in trauma and personal development through short-term, focused therapy. Most of my clients work with me for just 3 to 6 months, once a week—and by the end, they feel ready to move forward on their own. My clients at the end: "I feel at peace in my own mind and admire who I am now.” We don’t take the time to truly work on ourselves. I specialize in trauma and personal development, helping you address past experiences that may be impacting your present. We’ll also focus on building your self-esteem & self-confidence. Even if you’ve pushed past experiences away they often resurface. Healing begins when we accept and embrace our story.
