A focus area for me is neurodivergent adults, especially those with late in life diagnosis or healing high masking folks. Many folks I work with struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship or phase of life issues. I integrate different types of therapy including Internal Family Systems, Narrative, & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I also find it helpful to integrate psychoeducation, which is learning about how your brain works. Having an open mind towards using art therapy to get to know different parts of yourself is important to my therapeutic approach.
