Accepting new clients. Starting therapy (and finding a therapist) can be daunting, but it’s so rewarding. Anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and ADHD are my specialities. They cause all kinds of discomfort in everyday life - feeling nervous, overwhelmed, unsure of yourself, disconnected - the list goes on and on. But that can change. You can feel comfortable in your own skin, and at peace with who you are and what you’ve been through. I love helping people navigate that process and come out the other side feeling better about themselves.
