I am a Marriage & Family Therapist doing remote sessions . The therapeutic process can be helpful when you are experiencing disruptive stress during a difficult event or time in your life; relationship struggles, marriage, new family formation, job transition, job loss, retirement, divorce, relocation, aging, trauma, or death of a loved one. Together, we will identify barriers, manage change, look at relationship dynamics, and cope with loss during this time. I work with individuals and couples with specialized training in couples therapy. I accept appointments only, with daytime and evening hours.
