While I am personally on a Waitlist, my agency is actively accepting new clients! We all face stumbling blocks and challenges as we move toward our goals. My aim is to help you navigate these challenges and reach the goals that matter to you. I recognize that every individual is different and that there is no one right way to support you. Instead we will work together to find the best way to tackle those stumbling blocks. We can use a variety of approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Seeking Safety, etc. I also work with several other clinicians who can offer Family Therapy (based on availability).
