I am passionate about companioning people during complex seasons of life and loss. We can grow out of the difficult and messy parts of life when we are able to take the time and care to tend to our healing, but I want you to know that you don't have to it alone. I offer safe nonjudgemental spaces and opportunities for people to process their experiences in meaningful ways through a creative lens. Whether you might be navigating the stress of caregiving, have recently received a life limiting or terminal diagnosis or grieving a significant loss I want to explore that with you.
