I specialize in trauma and anxiety. I am a certified EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapist, which I use in combination with IFS (Internal Family Systems), to help clients heal from their difficult life experiences that are causing their anxiety, depression, PTSD, or related issues. As a therapist, my goal is to provide a home for each person to be authentically who they are, without judgment. I provide support during the hard times, ask tough questions when necessary, and work with you to find practical solutions to your challenges. My goal is to be an empathic human who does her best to understand you and your context while incorporating the science about mental health and happiness to inform treatment.
