My name is Doctor Mike Denn. I am a licensed clinical psychologist. My approach to therapy is called Rational Living Therapy. My focus in therapy is to make you be better, not just feel better. I have helped all kinds of clients and I focus on making you feel understood and accepted. A lot of the healing that happens is the result of you being really heard, maybe for the first time in your life. This is what I want to provide you. My goal is to help you understand that it is not other people who are causing your problems but rather how you think about and interpret the situation that is causing your problems.
