Hi I am Martin, a practicing therapist for the past 10 years ready to assist you in navigating through difficult life challenges and emotional strife. Whether you are struggling with a life transition, looking to manage difficult mood and anxiety symptoms, or struggling with trauma or loss I am here to help. The decision to enter therapy is not to be taken lightly as being vulnerable and talking about difficult topics needs to be received with compassion, understanding and an individualized approach. I take a collaborative stance with my clients working to fit my expertise with the internal resources and personality of my clients. Throughout my experience of working in various clinical settings like Outpatient Programs, Hospitals and Emergency Rooms I have worked with a diverse groups of clients as well as various issues. I am an OCD and Anxiety specialist, but I also work with teenage and adult clients who struggle with mood issues or trauma.
