I am passionate about and experienced in working with survivors of abuse and complex trauma, the LGBTQ+ community, and issues related to oppression and activism. My work is deeply grounded in anti-oppression and equity, and the belief that therapy is about empowerment, permission to be and celebration of our authentic selves, and ultimately turning our pain into our purpose. I hold a Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Expressive Arts Therapy and over ten years experience in supporting individuals and communities through movement and community building in social justice spaces.
