I am a licensed mental health counselor, ordained clergywoman, military veteran, spouse, and mother. These lived roles shape how I listen, understand struggle, and walk with people through change. Even capable, high-functioning adults can feel stretched, stuck, or quietly overwhelmed. I provide a safe, collaborative space to be fully seen, process stress, grief, or life transitions, and build clarity, practical skills, and resilience.
