I specialize in helping adults navigate life transitions, manage mood and anxiety disorders, and explore identity and purpose. Using evidence-based approaches like CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered therapy, I offer a warm, supportive space where clients can process their experiences and develop healthier ways of coping and thriving.
