I believe living a successful life is a process, and I see therapy as an instrument for change and growth. My approach to therapy is to provide a comfortable and safe place to discuss issues and concerns, and ultimately develop skills to deal with them. I believe in a humanistic approach to therapy, where I treat my patients as unique individuals. I will meet you and try to understand what is most meaningful for you, and what changes in life you are looking for. I work with clients on understanding themselves and their responses, so they can improve where they feel they need it the most.
