It can feel scary, exciting, intimidating, and hopeful to finally decide to see a counselor. Sometimes it takes us years to finally reach out and make the call. It is such an honor that my clients allow me into their lives. Knowing and experiencing my clients' lives along side them makes my life better. I work hard to make my office a safe, open, affirming space. Experience has taught me that past experiences truly inform present functioning. Healing and growth is possible, as I witness it daily. I look forward to collaborating with you and I offer you the option of utilizing EMDR to enhance outcomes.
