My name is Mary Ann Carpenter. I'm a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist based in Sonoma County, California. I have been working as both a school psychologist and therapist for 40 years and have experience working with children, parents, and school systems. I have also worked with clients over the years on issues including anxiety, stress, and trauma. My approach to therapy depends on the needs of each client I work with. I use person-centered therapy to help patients achieve personal growth and create the change they desire in their lives and relationships.
