I work with individuals dealing with some challenges during their life. Challenges can include changing health status of self or loved ones, children growing up and leaving home, career changes, retirement, losses (job, residence, marital status, loved ones, etc.), anxiety, depression, changing sense of purpose, and more. Family caregivers of older adults may also experience challenges that had not been anticipated. Issues of concern can include changing health status of self or a loved one, safety, possible need for alternate living accommodations for a loved one, losses, how to cope with behavior changes, etc.
