My role as a psychotherapist is one of a partner with my clients in finding healthy ways through that maze we call life. Utilizing a person-centered approach, I will work with you to develop positive strategies to navigate those obstacles in your life path in order to better understand your emotions and develop positive coping strategies for living your best life.
