I am a LCSW and have a passion for supporting individuals and families through significant life adjustments that affect our social-emotional well-being: parenting, supporting children and adolescents with anxiety and depression, navigating family or spousal relationship issues, and handling career stressors are at the forefront of my experience. I am most energized by learning about and equipping others with the tools necessary to develop and better themselves. Everyone’s story is different, and everyone’s needs are unique.
