I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families find solutions, formulate plans and live healthier lives that are evident of healing from anxious thoughts,paralyzing and demeaning emotions, and ineffective behaviors. I believe that clients suffer from a sense of loss of physical or mental health, of desired relationships, quality of life due to unexpected traumas, and material supports. In offering my skills as a psychotherapist, I am honored to facilitate a journey toward a healing and healthier approach to life for those persons who, having unrealized strengths, seek my help.
