Therapy with me is a space where you can be real, feel supported, and work toward lasting change. In the first session, we'll start by getting to know each other in a way that feels comfortable to you. I'll ask about what's bringing you to therapy, your background, and what you hope to gain from our work together. There's no pressure to share everything at once this is a space for you to move at your own pace.
