Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, especially when you’ve been carrying a lot on your own. I am a Licensed Social Worker and EMDR-trained clinician who works with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, stress, and life transitions. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and paced to your comfort level. You don’t need to have the “right words” or a clear plan to get started. Therapy with me is a supportive space to process experiences, build resilience, and develop tools you can use in everyday life.
