Hello and welcome. My name is Mary Bohon, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing psychotherapy for individuals to help manage emotions, thoughts and each person's unique experiences. I focus on helping using methods connected to peace, love and gentle action plans. My approach to therapy includes Strength Focused care with a Client Centered approach in general. I believe a compassionate connection is the most valuable place to start the therapeutic process. I use a body and mind approach and encourage some body work, Cognitive Behavioral skills, relaxation techniques and Acceptance and Mindfulness skills to help.
