Using evidence-based methods, we’ll address anxiety, depression, excessive anger, and stress, while developing coping skills, challenging dysfunctional thought patterns, and creating a plan for applying these strategies in your daily life. Everyone has the potential to thrive! I utilize evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness Therapy.My strengths include being open, personable, and easy to talk to, and creating a comfortable atmosphere for my clients.
