The therapeutic journey can lead to knowing and embracing the fullness and complexity of your internal world. I draw from person-centered, parts work, and existential therapies, so that you can relate to yourself with compassion, curiosity, and acceptance. My work with clients is informed and motivated by foundational years as an international school and U.S. public high school teacher, and over a decade of serving in the mental health field here in Fort Collins.
