I am currently accepting new patients. I believe that asking for help can be difficult and that coming to therapy is not always an easy thing to do. I try to always keep this in mind and to meet people where they are at. I work within a collaborative framework to help each person(s) connect to their own strengths and to use these strengths to begin building healthy change in their lives.
