I'm Mary, the founder and therapist behind Soul Spark Counseling. I believe that candid photographs have the ability to capture us in our most genuine state of mind. It seemed quite candid to use a profile picture that shows a visual of a life-long Southerner interacting with snow for the very first time in her life. Adapting to change in life and learning to adjust during times of novelty is an experience that brings many of us to seek therapy for support and guidance. It is my hope that I can offer encouragement during these times. One of the many gifts of therapy is setting aside the time to find what sparks joy in your soul.
