I work with men who feel stuck in cycles of anger or reactivity, and want to understand what’s underneath it. I also work with anxious women who find themselves overextending, overthinking, or overwhelmed in their closest relationships. If you’re exhausted by self-sabotaging, people-pleasing, walking on eggshells, or second-guessing your needs - let’s slow it down and sort it out. It can feel really good to finally get help, and yet hard to accept that you deserve it. Wherever you are in that process - ready, reluctant, or somewhere in between - I’ll meet you there.
