As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) I am committed to helping adults navigate life challenges and develop strategies for positive change. I specialize in trauma-informed therapy for individuals and groups and have worked with a variety of presenting issues including depression, anxiety, ADHD, relationship issues, and life transitions.
