Life can be tough but it is also an opportunity to dream, do, and be your best self. Unfortunately, difficulties like stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, and heartbreak can also be a part of life. Giving up doesn't have to be an option. I am not a superhero but I love providing therapeutic services to clients to aid them in uncovering and uprooting challenges so that they may increase their self-awareness, insight, and ability to heal. Utilizing a compassionate but direct approach, I come alongside the individual to offer support and therapeutic interventions as we work together to increase their ability to heal.
