Welcome! I provide counseling to individuals and couples in NC, SC and FL. Therapy is an invitation to explore your inner world, integrate and make meaning out of difficult life events, and experience a compassionate and richly alive sense of self. It's an engaging atmosphere for processing thoughts, emotions, memories, and present life experiences. I am supportive and responsive to my clients as they navigate their journey. I practice psychodynamic psychotherapy, exploring how our attachment styles, family stories, coping mechanisms, and unconscious layers of thoughts and feelings influence our present day life.
