I applaud the courage of individuals who recognize the need to seek help for any emotional or life stage crisis. One of the biggest hurdles in achieving an improved sense of self and well-being,then,may already be behind you! I especially welcome families, couples and individuals struggling with the human life cycle crises - the birth of a child, job or residences changes, divorce, college, elderly parents, health problems, grief and loss. Managing situational or ongoing anxiety and depression also sometimes accompany these life cycle shifts, often challenging the very best of us.
