I believe that a different therapy must be constructed for each client because each has a unique story. I bring warmth and wisdom to the process of change, employing my significant experience in the treatment of trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction and loss. I consider cultural humility to be one of my greatest strengths. First and foremost, I build trusting relationships with my clients, offering them a safe, non-judgmental space to explore issues, and express thoughts and process feelings.
