I am passionate about helping people who are ready to make changes but feel stuck in patterns that have developed over time. I want to help you understand where those patterns came from and how to make lasting changes. I focus a LOT on understanding how emotions and thoughts are connected to our actions. If we have a session, I will probably ask a lot about how something feels. We don't do something for no reason, and I strongly believe we have good intentions behind the things that we do - even if the end result isn't always what we hoped for..
