I am a Licensed Master of Social Work with 4 years of experience in the mental health field. I specialize in working with individuals facing anxiety and depression. Over the past four years, I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient roles, giving me a broad understanding of how important mental health is for individuals. My goal is to work collaboratively with clients, providing them with the necessary tools and empowering them to improve their lives. With a person-centered and strengths-based approach, I aim to create a safe space for clients to explore the challenges they face.
