Welcome! Thank you for reaching out. I am here to help you address broken relationships, compulsions, painful moods, family conflict and life transitions. Through my experience with adults, teens, veterans, seniors and groups in hospitals, clinics, assisted living, churches and private practice I have helped people like you better manage emotions, and improve their marriages. My licenses include WI, IL, IN, MN, MI as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I bring expertise in teaching how to learn skills to move past feeling "stuck" in your life. I have helped couples move past gridlock and emotional distance. I use DBT, CBT, IBT, emotion focused, problem solving and Gottman techniques. You will learn skills to increase emotional intimacy, improve communication and manage moods, loss and stress.
