Have you ever felt like you were doing life pretty well, and then, due to the inevitable changes of life, felt stuck, frustrated, unsure or alone? I know how overwhelming those times can be and welcome the opportunity to come along side you and provide the support, guidance and encouragement to help you move forward. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, seniors, and young adults (18+). I especially enjoy working with those individuals who are moving into new life stages and need guidance for adjusting to the changes and challenges that accompany them.
