I help people who come for therapy seeking solutions in handling miscommunication in their families and striving for honesty without fear of reactivity from a loved one. People want to be true to themselves however obstacles form from one’s own actions or from life circumstances. Therapy helps those who want to untangle the complications and confusion in relationships. I apply a family systems approach in looking at intergenerational patterns and the emotional system across generations impacting an individual, couple or family. Symptoms form when legitimate suffering is not ameliorated. Always best to align one’s mind and heart.
