You have the license and I've got the map. With experiences in residential, community and outpatient settings it remains a privilege to be in the passenger seat. With our seatbelt on of course... At Sunset Park Community Services, we are committed to creating an inclusive, welcoming space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered in their healing. Our team takes a collaborative, strengths-based approach working closely with clients to meet their unique needs. We offer individual therapy via in person and/or telehealth sessions.
