The most important step towards healing is acknowledging and addressing the unresolved emotions inside you. Unprocessed adverse childhood experiences, traumatic events, and family issues can stay with us throughout our lives. Often, our earlier experiences lead us to function in ways that leave us unhappy, stuck, or unfulfilled in our relationships with others and in life in general. Moving toward accepting what has occurred in the past can slowly dissolve the pain and trauma. I am privileged and honored to respectfully and compassionately hold space for you and your story.
