Once you make the decision to seek counseling it is important to find a therapist that is a good fit for your needs and personality. I have significant experience working with adolescents and young adults going through a variety of different mental health and life challenges. It can often be difficult for adolescents and young adults to find a therapist they feel a connection with and so I tailor my style to the specific needs of my clients and focus on building the relationship. I specialize in technology wellness and mental health I have experience treating a variety of different issues however I specialize in working with clients who are resistant to therapy. I offer a safe and comfortable space for my clients to express themselves without fear of judgement or criticism. I have a direct approach that some may find uncomfortable but many find the catalyst for change.
