I am a trauma-informed therapist who is committed to supporting people in gaining clarity, conscious choice, and deep self-compassion. This in turn increases relationship health and family health. We develop in family systems and we live, heal, and grow in relational systems. I support healing in individuals, couples, and all kinds of families. Honoring diversity and ensuring inclusivity are two of my highest values.
