I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist trained in EMDR practicing in both Florida and Tennessee. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, stress management, marital, PTSD, grief, codependency, divorce, and other life changes. I work with individuals, couples, teens, and families, offering a safe space to help cope with life's emotional hurts and challenges while also providing a place where clients can grow into living their lives more fully. In addition to my MA in Marriage and Family Therapy, I hold an MS degree in Secondary Education, and a BS degree in Mathematics.
