As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I am passionate about helping clients through a variety of life’s challenges. I work collaboratively with my clients to provide the best possible treatment strategies for the unique needs of each individual. Some of my treatment specialties include the following: marital/relationship concerns, depression, anxiety, anger management, family issues, grief/loss, substance abuse, stress management, trauma, and military lifestyle issues. I enjoy working with families and couples, along with children, adolescents, and adults. View 4 Photos Therapy is goal-directed, using a combination of therapeutic approaches to address thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and relationship dynamics. Approaches include but are not limited to cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and family systems theory. Additionally, EMDR Institute training was completed in 2015 receiving both Level 1 and 2 certificates.
